Q: What are your opening hours?

A: Our telephone lines are open to take your bookings Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

You can book online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Credit or debit cards, bank transfers and accounts for trade.

 

Q: Do you accept cash?

A: As a general rule, no but this can be arranged for regular cusomers.

 

Q: Do you provide transport boxes?

A: No, to keep costs low we encourage you to use your own boxes. However we will soon have boxes avaialble for sale at a discounted price.

 

Q: How long will it take to deliver my pigeon?

A: We offer a next day delivery service as standard, however any pigeons getting collected and delivered in the same areas will usually be delivered the same day at no extra cost.

 

Q: Do you have holding pens where my pigeons can be fed and watered?

A: No, all our collections and deliveries are always guaranteed to be made within 24 hours.

 

Q: I am a breeder and send out regular orders, am i able to set up an account or receive a discount?

A: Yes, we are able to open an account for you, invoice you and also offer discounts. Please contact us for more details.

 

Q: Can i book in advance?

A: Yes, you can book in advance.

 

Q: When does the Pigeon Courier Service start?

A: The Pigeon Courier Service goes live on Monday 10th November 2025, so book early.
